Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days after processing. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2-4 days to appear.

 

Multiple Items: Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra.

 

Address Changes: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we will reship or refund in full.
